Aura point ranking. There’s a running joke on TikTok that centers around subtracting or adding “aura points” to someone for something that they did or for something that happened to them. “Aura points” denote a kind of coolness rating. More points mean you’re cooler; fewer mean you are dorkier. This idea would feature impactful scenes from some of HBO’s most popular series in which the characters behave in such a way that would either earn them or lose them aura. This idea can either run as a single, longer form TikTok or a series of shorter videos.

For example, the scene in Game of Thrones where Daenerys tricks the slave owner in the city of Astapor into thinking she would trade one of her dragons for an army of Unsullied. When she calls “dracarys” and the slave owner realizes that the dragon he’s been holding on a leash is about to burn him to death, +1,000 aura. At the end of Succession when Shiv refuses to vote for Kendall as the new CEO at the final board meeting in the series and Kendall calls for a family meeting, only to throw a tantrum about how he always deserved this position, -10,000 aura.

These videos would engage HBO’s TikTok audience in a conversation they’ve already been having elsewhere on the app, while also highlighting especially memorable scenes from favorite TV shows, encouraging people to rewatch.
